These are the new spring street food vendors at Trinity Leeds

Spring is here - and Trinity Leeds are celebrating by announcing seven new street food residencies at the Trinity Kitchen food court.
Vendors change on a rotational basis, staying on site for seven weeks.

Eat Like a Greek - returns after a successful previous residency. Souvlaki wraps and other Greek favourites with authentic olive oil seasoning.
Jah Jyot - traditional Punjabi street food, including tikka wraps, samosas and curries. Indian food with ingredients from Sussex.
Chimney Chicks - authentic Hungarian dessert called Kurtoskalacs - a sweet yeast dough filled with your choice of topping.
Gondola Raclette - Swiss-inspired Alpine cheese, potato and onion dishes based on the cuisine of the ski slopes.

Vincenzo - a prosecco van serving various flavours of the popular fizz.
Angus McVenison - Scottish-inspired snacks. Wild venison steak, Arran cheese, and hot beetroot.
