Leeds United ran out 1-0 winners at Bolton Wanderers on Saturday lunchtime to claim the under-18 professional development league north title.
Wanderers began the day top of the pile before the final fixture of the campaign ahead of the Whites by just a single point but ended the afternoon beneath their opponents following the victory for Mark Jackson's side at Lostock training ground.
Forward Kun Temenuzhkov notched in the first half in a tight affair but it was enough to secure the three points with fellow striker Ryan Emondson seeing red late on.
Leeds will now head into a play-off with the runners up of the southern division to determine the overall winners.
