TRESOR KANDOL has returned to training with Leeds United, but the Congolese international will not join up with the first-team squad for the remainder of the club's pre-season tour of the Republic of Ireland.
Kandol has been absent from the early stages of United's warm-up programme after contracting a virus and the illness prevented the 26-year-old from featuring in friendlies against York City and Galway United.
The forward finally returned to the training ground this week but will remain in England to build up his fitness while Leeds complete the final two matches of their three-game Irish tour.
Leeds play eircom Premier Division Bray Wanderers today, four days after inflicting a 2-0 defeat on Galway and a crowd of 5,000 is expected.
Manager Gary McAllister said: "Bray are ahead of Galway and they've started the season pretty well. The atmosphere will be different and there will be a bigger crowd.
"We're going up a notch in calibre and it'll be another competitive game."
United complete their Irish tour with a match at Shelbourne on Wednesday.
