Hartlepool manager Danny Wilson says he would gladly accept an ugly win at Leeds United tomorrow – if it puts an end to their run of gallant defeats.
Wilson said: "It would be great to play like we have on the last two occasions there and get a result. But I would rather have a rubbish game and go and win 1-0.

"We have played well in loads of games though and not got the result.

Maybe if we can go and play not quite as well as we have done, create a couple of chances and take them, then fantastic.

"A point at Leeds is a good one at this moment in time.

"That's not being negative at all because they are flying at the moment."

Sam Collins is back from a one-match ban, while on-loan Coventry striker Kevin Kyle also returns, after being ineligible for Tuesday's night's FA Cup replay win over Brighton.
