WITH regard to the new vehicle excise duty changes designed to tackle the emissions by the most polluting cars, many uninformed motorists are up in arms about the changes. But a recent RAC report shows that the overall, real, cost of motoring has actually decreased by nearly 20 per cent in the past 20 years.
I think that motorists have a good deal and that they should stop complaining and realise that the cost of motoring is actually cheaper now.
