Perilous steps

I'D just like to know if the 30 steps of Little London in your article of July 28 is the steps going from Servia Hill up to Bagsby Field?
I live on Constance Way and use these steps about three or four times a day. I'm hoping it is a handrail for those steps because they are very dangerous. So let's hope the handrail and the steps are fixed. And whoever reported it thank them very much.
