Yorkshire have been kicked out of the Twenty20 Cup.
An ECB hearing has decided that Yorkshire did field an ineligible player in their winner-takes-all group match against Nottinghamshire.

Notts will now go through to a quarter-final meeting with Durham.

The Tykes' last eight showdown at the Riverside on Monday evening was called off minutes before the scheduled start after it emerged that teenage spinner Azeem Rafiq was not registered when he played in the game at Notts.

Yorkshire chief executive Stewart Regan said the club's board will meet tomorrow to discuss the situation and an appeal is likely.

Durham are also likely to appeal, claiming they should be given a bye to the semi-finals.
